Ironclad Santoku Knives are beautiful, sustainable, and really innovative. The beautiful off-white handle is actually a plastic substitute made from sheep's wool.

Made in partnership with the iconic Victory Knives, the hand-crafted stainless steel blade and Shear Edge™️ wool handle have been shaped to reduce the pressure needed to glide through the toughest of ingredients.
